Our minimum order quantity for printing menus is 12,500, and we print in quantities of 12,500 thereafter (25,000, 37,500, 50,000, etc.)

Our minimum order quantity for printing postcards is 10,000, and we print in quantities of 5,000 there after (15,000, 20,000, 25,000, etc.)

We offer a flat mailing rate that doesn’t change based on how often you send or how many menus you’re mailing — making it simple and predictable. For exact pricing and to see how it works with your order, feel free to get in touch with us directly.

No, there is no contract, nor do we require our customers to mail their menus or postcards on any predetermined schedule. You are free to advertise on YOUR schedule, whether that be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or any other frequency that works for you. However, we will always provide mailing recommendations for you.

To qualify for mailing at the saturation rates, you must mail to at least one USPS carrier route. We will provide you with a radius map for your store showing you all the USPS carrier routes in your area, along with demographics.

When mailing saturation, yes, you are mailing to both residential and business addresses. You are welcome to do business-only mailings, but the postage will be higher due to it being a targeted mailer. Click here to learn more about the different types of mailings.

We require your logo, menu content, food photos, and design deposit to start working on your design.

*The design deposit is not an additional fee, but comes out of the printing price.

After we receive all of your information, it typically takes 4-7 business days to receive the first proof.

Once the design is approved, it typically takes 7-10 business days to have your menu or postcard printed.

Yes, we highly recommend that you include photos of your food on the menu. There’s nothing that can showcase your food better than the real thing. Though, if needed, stock photos are always an option.

Yes, you are always welcome to send us artwork you designed. We will provide you with templates to ensure your design meets our printing specifications.

No, a coupon strip is not required on your menu. However, we do encourage you to have some sort of offer or call-to-action on your menu or postcard.

Your menus or postcards are stored in our warehouse for FREE!

When you place your order, let us know if you would like us to ship any menus or postcards to your store as soon as they’re printed. From there, you can request us to ship you menus or postcards on an as-needed basis. Standard UPS shipping rates will apply.
