Mailwise Solutions is a family-owned and operated business in Crescent Springs, KY, just outside of Cincinnati, OH. We design, print and direct mail menus and postcards for pizzerias, restaurants, and other businesses throughout the United States to help increase their sales and brand awareness. We pride ourselves on unmatched customer service, effective designs and flexible marketing plans without contracts. That’s Direct Mail, Your Way.
How we Started
Our founder, Bill Holt, started Mailwise Solutions in his basement in 2008. Within the first two years of business, pizza menus slowly filled up every nook and cranny of his basement, and a slow realization occurred. He needed to either A.) move the business to another location or B.) kick his four kids out of their bedrooms to make space for more menus. It was then we moved to our current location at 2541 Schmidt Ln in Crescent Springs, KY.
Current Day
Bill retired in early 2024, handing the reins over to his son-in-law, Kevin Slaughter, who has over a decade of experience at Mailwise. Under Kevin’s leadership, Mailwise has continued to flourish, now having an annual presence at some of the largest pizzeria and restaurant expos in the country, including the International Pizza Expo and Pizza Tomorrow Summit/Florida Restaurant Show. In 2025, Mailwise continued to make waves within the pizza industry by becoming the preferred design, print & mail partner for the World Pizza Champions, a U.S. based nonprofit dedicated to promoting pizza making as a respected craft and viable career choice.

It’s true, we do not have uniforms. We work with paper and ink all day. In fact, most of us wear shorts and tee shirts most days in order to keep our “nice” clothes clean. However, we like to support our customers by wearing YOUR shirts. Send us 1 or send us 10 and we will pass them out to our staff!
